The Mark Workshops (MvE) will, from January 1, 2026, belong to the Army Staff. We perform maintenance on the Armed Forces' equipment across all branches of defense. This includes maintenance in the form of inspections, repairs, manufacturing, dismantling/scrapping, modifications, operational support, technical adjustments, and material investigations. The Mark Workshop unit delivers services according to customer requirements.

You will belong to Mark Workshop South, which operates in Tofta, Revingehed, Ronneby, Karlskrona and has about 170 employees.

Main Responsibilities

As a team coordinator, you will coordinate, lead, and distribute the daily work within the team based on the directives provided by the nearest supervisor and according to the MvE management system. You are responsible for preparing and supporting the planning of production and reporting on completed maintenance production.

You will supervise the employees in your team in their daily work, which primarily consists of spare parts supply, inventory management, and inventory systems for the Armed Forces' vehicles, combat and wheeled vehicles, as well as other military equipment. It is important for us that the team coordinator has a clear role as an employer representative.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications

  • At least completed and finished two- or three-year high school, preferably with a focus on automotive technology or equivalent, or equivalent competence acquired through work experience assessed as equivalent by the employer
  • Computer proficiency with knowledge of the MS Office suite, primarily Word and Excel
  • Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish
  • Driving license B

At the same time, you have a working style that motivates and goal-directs the team. In the role of team coordinator, it is important that you are communicative and can convey a message clearly and concretely. Furthermore, you take responsibility for the results, take initiatives, and accountability.

DESIRABLE

  • Experience working in a supervisory role
  • Leadership training
  • Driving license C/CE
  • Previous experience and knowledge of spare parts supply, spare parts material systems.
  • Knowledge of the SAP business system
  • Familiarity with the Armed Forces and its systems

Employment form: permanent position starting with a 6-month probationary period.
Employment rate: full-time, daytime – varying working hours may occur
Work location: Mark Workshop South/ Revingehed
Start date: as soon as possible by agreement

The work also involves requirements for travel and service, both domestically and internationally. The position is a civilian position.

Work with thermosetting plastics may occur in the workshop.
